These Terms of Service will remain in effect until terminated by either party. You can terminate the Terms of Service anytime by notifying us of your decision to discontinue using our services or by ceasing to use our site. We also reserve all the rights of terminating the agreement anytime, without former notice, if we regulate, at our sole discretion, that you have failed to comply with any term or provision of these Terms of Service or if we suspect such non-compliance. Whole Agreement:

This agreement, along with the referenced documents, represents the complete agreement and understanding between the parties regarding the subject matter discussed herein, and it supersedes all prior agreements, whether oral or written, about the specific subject matter addressed in this agreement.

Governing Law:

This Agreement shall be governed by and interpreted by the laws of Iowa, with the jurisdiction of any legal disputes arising under this Agreement being vested in the courts of Iowa, U.S.
