This agreement, along with the referenced documents, represents the complete agreement and understanding between the parties regarding the subject matter discussed herein, and it supersedes all prior agreements, whether oral or written, about the specific subject matter addressed in this agreement.

Governing Law:

This Agreement shall be governed by and interpreted by the laws of Iowa, with the jurisdiction of any legal disputes arising under this Agreement being vested in the courts of Iowa, U.S.
